For those who have turned 65 and become eligible for Medicare, there are lots of decisions to make about how to use the program in the best way to meet your healthcare needs. First, you will need to determine whether you will opt to use Medicare Part A & B or choose Medicare Part C instead.

There are many things to consider as you select supplemental insurance or the Part C plan that’s right for you, including coverage options, premiums, included services, co-pays, service areas, insurance companies reputations and responsiveness, and choosing the right insurance agent.

Part A Hospitalization - Binning Insurance

Part A - Hospitalization

For most people Part A is premium free, which means you do not have a monthly payment.. Part A will pay for some hospital bills and certain skilled nursing facility expenses. Also provided but limited is skilled nursing care after hospitalization, rehabilitative services, home health care, and hospice care for terminally ill.
Part B - Medical Services - Binning Insurance

Part B - Medical Services

Part B most people in 2022 will pay $164.90 a month for and it will help pay doctors as well as some other charges such as surgical care, diagnostic tests, some hospital outpatient services, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment.
Medicare Advantage - Binning Insurance

Part C - Medicare Advantage

These plans provide Medicare coverage through private insurance companies. You may have co-payments and deductibles. These plans are privatized and must offer Medicare Minimums. 
Part D - Prescription Drug - Binning Insurance

Part D - Prescription Drug

Part D is privatized and optional, although if not enrolled you may be subject to a penalty. Part D is intended to provide assistance for outpatient prescription drug cost. If you take few or do not take any drugs contact us about ways to avoid the federal drug penalty.
